Refund Policy

Returns for defective products will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning product. Product must be returned at customer's expense. There will be no refunds on shipping charges.

All electronic machines (lamps , e file ) has a half year (6 month of warranty). Warranty is acceptable only if machine is not working at all . Warranty is not acceptable if the machine is “not working properly “ because of not proper used.Customer may send product to seller for testing On customer’s shipping cost .

*to make sure your nails are cured properly place your hand straight and cure in a proper amount of time with proper amount of product on * remember to cure Thumbs separately in straight position. * remember to clean you lamp after each client

Mistero Milano Canada is NOT responsible for loss, damage, confiscation or Acts of God that occur during transit. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation.
